Supervising others
Supervisors and managers need to know how to interact effectively with others, how to make decisions, and the values and principles they display through their behavior. In addition, managers and supervisors need to be able to clearly communicate expectations and goals, and to achieve the objectives for which they are responsible. This 3-day program emphasize the importance of accomplishing work through others through fair and effective leadership behavior.
(NOTE: Participants should be 'exempt' personnel with responsibility for assigning work and supervising others in a work area, department, or multiple work units.)
