Human resources fundamentals

This basic course is best suited for human resources professionals and administrators with less than 3 years experience, office managers, and any other non-specialists who are responsible for the human resources function.

This workshop offers an overview of common concepts and practices in human resources management. In addition to providing a broad exposure to the major facets of the HR function, the class examines the role of the HR practitioner and emphasizes practical and necessary opportunities for contributing to the organization. This seminar is particularly useful as a refresher class or for newer professionals who want to strengthen and expand their knowledge.
