Applying lean principles to your organization
This course provides an overview of various initiatives an organization may use to eliminate waste and improve its processes. Commonly-used "lean" terminology will be explained. Participants will obtain a basic knowledge of "lean" tools and initiatives. This course lays the foundation for understanding and using appropriate "lean techniques" in various organizations and settings.
