Positive approach to discipline
This workshop is intended for those with supervisory and managerial responsibilities. It will be especially useful for those new to supervision; however, veteran managers will find much of the material helpful.
Documentation and positive discipline are critical skills for anyone who supervises others. This workshop offers sound, practical tips and information to ensure effective and objective application of your organization's policies and practices. The workshop features an excellent video on documentation, role-plays, and other opportunities for experiential learning.
