Effective performance management
The goal of this workshop is to stress the importance of documentation and well-prepared discussion when addressing job performance issues. Through interactive processes, participants will also learn how to better prepare for a job performance discussion in order to have a positive outcome and reduce the risk of bias and legal issues.
